This Sale Is For A Laboratory Surplus Microm HM 550 OP Laboratory Cryostat Microtome Cat. # 956454. This unit powers up and all of the control functions work properly. The chamber temperature reaches the factory specified low of -35 C. The specimen temperature however will only get down to -20 C. I do not know if I did not run it long enough or if I am not operating it correctly. The ambient temperature in my warehouse at the time was 95 degrees. The overall operational and cosmetic condition of this unit is excellent. It has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Includes original power cord.
